At FEMINA, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Ensure the garments are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to the designated courier. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
